1. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning two parcels (Parcels B and C) of land located on the east side of Sanders Lane and on the north and south sides of Hendricks Circle from R-50 (Single-Family residential) and FH (Flood Hazard) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. Planning Commission recommended eliminating Parcel A and only rezoning Parcel B and Parcel C to an M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning Districts, subject to the terms agreed upon in the letter from the Madison Park Neighborhood Association dated May 24, 2012. No Appeal (RZ-2012-006)

2. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one parcel of land located at 6450 Atlanta Highway from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to a B-3 (Commercial) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2012-008)
