We are proud to introduce Gina Bowman as our featured Employee of the Month. Gina has worked for the City of Montgomery for over 20 years. As the Training & Personnel Coordinator she plays a key role in training our new employees. She is an outstanding employee who has a positive and professional attitude.

Gina is married and has 2 children: one boy and one girl. Her special interests include reading, traveling, and attending Cub Scouts meetings.

When asked what she likes most about working for Emergency Communication Division, Gina replied, “we are the first voice people hear when they need help, and our ability to help has drastically changed over the past 20 years. Thank you, Gina for being a part of our team.
