We are proud to introduce Debra Pollard as our featured employee of the month. Debra has worked for the City of Montgomery for 13 years. She always has a positive attitude, and is very conscientious about her work. She is the kind of employee that the City of Montgomery can take pride in!!!

Debra is married and has no children. When she isn’t working hard at the Department of Communications, she enjoys gardening with her 84 year old father and going 4-wheeling with her husband. Debra also enjoys spending time outdoors with her two horses (Comache and April), dog (Suzie) and baby cat (Zach).

Before joining the Department of Communications, Debra was employed as a Police Dispatcher with the Greenville Police Department and a short time with the Luverne Police Department. After a short stint in the emergency communications field, she joined the City of Montgomery. Debra enjoys working at the Emergency Communication Division. “The people I work with are my second family,” she said. Debra describes her thirteen-year career as a very fulfilling experience, and you never know whose life you might help to save.” Thank you, Debra for being a part of our team.
