We are proud to introduce Lisa Waite as our featured Employee of the Month. Lisa has worked for the City of Montgomery for 17 years. Lisa maintains a pleasant demeanor and a smiling face through all of the day to day difficulties and challenges. She is the kind of employee that the City of Montgomery can take pride in!!!

Lisa is married and has 2 boys: 11 and 10. She enjoys traveling, spending time with close friends, cross stitching, arts and crafts, and working in her yard.

Lisa enjoys working at the Emergency Communication Division. “I love helping others and working the main Police Dispatch Channel 1,” she said. “The fast pace and always challenging problems keep you busy and on your toes. The job gives you a special feeling, that you are making a difference in someone’s life no matter how big or small.” Thank you, Lisa for being a part of our team.
