From Birmingham or Prattville:

I-65 South and take the CLAY STREET EXIT (Exit 172).
Turn left onto HERRON STREET, proceed 0.4 miles.
HERRON STREET becomes BIBB STREET, proceed 0.4 miles.
BIBB STREET becomes MADISON AVENUE, proceed 0.6 miles.
Turn left on NORTH RIPLEY STREET, proceed 0.7 miles.
Turn right on COMMUNICATIONS Parkway, proceed 0.3 miles.
Arrive at Public Safety Communications Center at the top of the hill.

From Mobile or Montgomery Regional Airport:

I-65 North and take the HERRON STREET EXIT (Exit 172).
Keep right and travel on to HERRON STREET, proceed 0.3 miles.
HERRON STREET becomes BIBB STREET, proceed 0.4 miles.
BIBB STREET becomes MADISON AVENUE, proceed 0.6 miles.
Turn left on NORTH RIPLEY STREET, proceed 0.7 miles.
Turn right on COMMUNICATIONS Parkway, proceed 0.3 miles.
Arrive at Public Safety Communications Center at the top of the hill.

From Atlanta or East Montgomery:

I-85 South and take UNION STREET EXIT (Exit 1).
Turn right on SOUTH UNION STREET, proceed 0.7 miles.
Turn right on MADISON AVENUE, proceed 0.1 miles.
Turn left on NORTH RIPLEY STREET, proceed 0.7 miles.
Turn right on COMMUNICATIONS Parkway, proceed 0.3 miles.

Once You Arrive

When you arrive at the Public Safety Communications Center,
to contact the EMA office, go to the door at the east front end of the
building (far left when facing the building). There is a phone by the
door that rings directly into the EMA office during the hours of
8:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
