FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION
MISSION

To be good stewards of public funds by effectively managing the City of Montgomery's investments, cash flow, various bank and grant accounts, and property data.

THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND REPORTING ON THE FOLLOWING:
Cash Management - Manages the City’s cash flow via monetary transfers and bank reconciliations.

Fixed Assets - Coordinates and maintains Property Management. Accountable for all physical assets of the City.

Enterprise Funds - Manages the financial activities of the City’s Enterprise Funds.

Grant Drawdowns - Manages Grant Program accounts receivables.

Investments - Oversees the investment accounts and maximizes the returns on all investments.
