Welcome to the website of the Montgomery City-County Public Library, a link and department of the City of Montgomery.

Our libraries are dispersed throughout Montgomery County in an effort to provide the most accessible physical location nearest you. Our hope is that these locations provide the level of access necessary to connect you with the many resources provided by the City of Montgomery and the Montgomery County Commission through the Montgomery City-County Board of Trustees. In addition to the many physical locations, our presence on the web allows persons who prefer to utilize our services prior to a visit that opportunity. Our web site is an ever evolving resource thus; we welcome comments and suggestions on how we may enhance our site and quality of service to our customers. The mission of the Montgomery City-County Public Library System is to make readily available to all residents of Montgomery County access to materials, information, and services to meet their personal, education, cultural, and occupational needs.

VISION

It is the vision of the Montgomery City-County Public Library System to work with individuals, organizations, and agencies in this community to identify current needs, anticipate future demands due to expected explosive growth in the county, and exceed those expectations with quality services, innovative programming, and exceptional facilities.
