CEREMONIAL DOCUMENTS

Ceremonial Documents are official correspondence highlighting important issues, charitable events, civic-minded individuals or memorable occasions. The documents are prepared and signed by the Mayor’s Office.

A variety of ceremonial documents are available for your occasion. However, upon receipt of your request, the appropriate recognition will be determined according to our guidelines. It is our desire to accommodate every request - but please be advised that requests are subject to disapproval.

GUIDELINES
To assist you in fully satisfying your request, our office asks that you please adhere to the following guidelines:

•Submit request at least two weeks in advance;
•Submit request by e-mail, fax, hand delivery or regular mail;
•Specify type of document being requested (i.e., Letter of Congratulations);
•Include name of person/organization being recognized, date of event and background
•information regarding the occasion/event;
•Include name, address and telephone number of person making request; and
•Date of return
