Lagoon Park Shelters
This park has 5 shelters. Shelters 1, 2 and 3 are the small shelters, accommodating approximately 30 people. The price is $10 for one-half day or $15 for all day. Shelter 4 is a large shelter accommodating approximately 50 people. Electricity is available. The rental price is $20 for one-half day and $30 for all day.

Oak Park Shelters
Oak Park has 5 shelters. Numbers 1, 2, and 5 are small. They will accommodate approximately 30 people. The price is $10 for one-half day or $15 for all day. Shelters 3 and 4 are large. They will accommodate approximately 50 people. They both have electrical outlets. The rental price is $20 for one-half day and $30 for all day.

Ida Belle Young Shelter
There is one large shelter, which will accommodate approximately 50 people. The rental price is $20 for one-half day and $30 for all day.

Overlook Park
The park has four picnic tables under a gazebo overlooking the Alabama River (Bell St). No bathrooms are located here. It is $25 for one-half day and $50 for all day.

BUDDY WATSON AND AUM PARKS CANNOT BE RENTED APRIL THROUGH JULY ANY WEEKDAY AFTERNOON OR ON SATURDAYS.

Buddy Watson Park Shelters
Buddy Watson has 3 shelters. Numbers 2 and 3 are small. They will accommodate approximately 30 people. The price is $10 for one-half day or $15 for all day. Shelter 1 is the large shelter and is located near the restrooms. It will accommodate approximately 50 people. The rental price is $20 for one-half day and $30 for all day.

A.U.M. Shelter
A.U.M. has only one shelter. It will accommodate approximately 30 people. It is $10 for one-half day and $15 for all day.

Moonwalks are allowed in Lagoon Park, Oak Park and Ida Belle Young Park. Proof of insurance is required.

PETE PETERSON INFORMATION

Lodge
The Lodge has 2,400 square feet of space and is furnished with 39 tables and 150 chairs. It will accommodate a seated dinner for 150 people. There is a small sink, counter space, upright cooler, but no stove or microwave. It has a fireplace and a pit grill located outside. There is no TV, PA equipment or podium. The Lodge is air-conditioned / heated and restrooms are accessible from both inside and outside the building. You will be allowed up to two hours set-up time before an event but breakdown is on your time. ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING BUT OTHERWISE IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. FISHING IS PROHIBITED.

Weekday Rates
Any 4 hours between 8am – midnight is $200.
Every hour after the first four hours will be $25 per hour.

Weekend and Holidays
(FRIDAY 5:00 P.M. THROUGH SUNDAY MIDNIGHT)
Any 4 hours between 8am – midnight is $300.
Every hour after the first four hours will be $25 per hour.

Police Officers will patrol thru the Lodge. Groups over 200 may require POLICE OFFICERS at an additional cost. This additional cost, which will be predetermined, will be paid directly to the police officer on duty at the time.

A SIGNED AGREEMENT AND A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (WHICH IS APPLIED TO THE RENTAL FEE) IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION FOR THE LODGE. FULL PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE.

GATEWAY PARK LODGE

The lodge has large outdoor decks and approximately 5,800 square feet of heated and cooled space, including restrooms. Tables and chairs are available to accommodate 250 (seated). There is a caterer’s kitchen (no cooking) with sink and counter space. A large fireplace with gas logs is located in the main room. Also, just off the main room is an octagonal club tower with an in-the-round serving bar. No band or P.A. equipment is furnished. You will be allowed up to two hours set-up time before an event but breakdown is on your time. ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING BUT OTHERWISE IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES. FISHING FROM THE DECK PIER IS PROHIBITED.
