The Property and Evidence Bureau is responsible for all property impounded by the Police Department. This includes all found property, personal property, and physical evidence. The Bureau also houses all supplies used by the Department such as departmental manuals, bullet-proof vests, and office supplies. The Bureau has a printing room which provides all printing for the Police Department as well as the Montgomery Zoo, Parks and Recreations Department, City Warehouse, Montgomery Fire Department, City Hall and the Municipal Court.
