City engineers review and approve subdivision construction plans for proposed developments within the city limits and police jurisdiction. Subdivision construction plans for proposed developments within the city limits and police jurisdiction must be submitted to the Engineering Department for review and approval. The plans must adhere to the Montgomery Subdivision Regulations and Engineering Design Standards and Specifications. SUBDIVISION BONDS

Please note, the following requirements for our bonds will apply:

1. Bonds shall be automatically renewable.
2. Bonds shall be made payable to a local bonding company.
3. Maintenance Bonds shall be 15% of total project.
4. Performance Bonds shall be 115% of the cost of items being bonded.
5.The name of the plat to be bonded should be provided.
6. We require the use of our forms - no other bond forms will be accepted.
