The City of Montgomery operates the North Montgomery Sanitary Landfill for the purpose of disposing of waste produced by the City, commercial contractors, and by persons residing in Montgomery County, Alabama.
No toxic material, or hazardous and infectious waste is accepted or disposed of at any landfill operated by the City of Montgomery.
All vehicles are weighed before and after dumping and payment will be made to the cashier at the time when the vehicle is empty.
