Join the array of talent from the students at Booker T. Washington Magnet School. Dancing, voice, music, drama, games and face painting for the kids fill the air and the environment at the Zoo. Mother’s Day -- May 11
Treat your favorite gal to a day at the Zoo. In order to honor all mothers, mothers are admitted to the Zoo for FREE on Mother’s Day. For more information, please call [334] 240-4900.

Family Fun Day, Dino Dig -- May 17Do you like playing in the dirt? If so, this might be right up your alley. Actually participate in an archeological dig. Discover a brand new species of dinosaur. Dig up bones. Put them back together. And figure out what it is. Even name it. This program is for kids five to 12 years of age, 10am-noon. Summer Camp -- June 2-27 and July 7-25
This is like no other camp. Wild animals. Wild games. Wild kids. Wild snacks. It’s just a different and wild adventure everyday. Meet and see live animals up close and personal. Father’s Day -- June 15

Animal Enrichment Day -- July 19
Exactly how will a 6000lb African elephant like a bubble bath? Or can a chimp find one-hundred different ways to wear a hat? See that and plenty more when the zookeepers at the Montgomery Zoo introduce a variety of different stimuli into the habitats of our Zoo animals. Saturday, July 19 10am-2:00pm.

Ballet and the Beast -- Sept 5
Join us for a wild night of delight by watching the Montgomery Ballet perform on the green at the Montgomery Zoo. FREE admission, performance starts at 7:00pm. Door prizes. For more info, please call [334] 240-4900.

ZooBoo -- Oct 16-19, 23-26 and 30-31
Fun-filled nights of horror and things that make you go boo. Ride the Fright Express or take the kiddies on a hay ride and enjoy the games and prizes. The train begins leaving the depot at 7:00pm nightly, and sometimes it returns. For more info, please call [334] 240-4900.

Christmas Lights -- Nov 26 and Nov 28 – Dec 31
A Montgomery holiday tradition. See the Zoo in lighted glory and wonder. Either ride the train or just take a leisurely stroll on the many lighted pathways – or both. See Santa nightly (until Dec. 23) while enjoying a spot of hot coca. For more info, please call [334] 240-4900.
