Bengal Tiger: Endangered, hunted for fur and body parts, lives in tropical forests and swamps, grasslands with good vegetation cover and water nearby, are solitary and highly territorial, active at night and climbs and swims well.
Indian Star Tortoise: found in south Asia, each year the female lays several clutches of up to 10 eggs, needs plenty of water and is active more in the monsoon season, has star shaped markings on its carapace.
