Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 180 acres (+/-) located on the east side of Norman Bridge Road, approximately 1100 feet south of Hyundai Boulevard, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-12 (Light Industry) Zoning District (aka 5733 Norman Bridge Road.
