6. Ordinance rezoning 10.65 acres (+/-) located at the southernmost end of Larkin Lane from an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District. Planning Commission took no action. Motion made to approve, however, no second to the motion. (RZ-2025-004) (1)
7. Ordinance rezoning 75 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 1800 feet west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2025-006) (PJ/4)
