8. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 10.65 acres (+/-) located at the southernmost end of Larkin Lane from an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District. Planning Commission took no action. Motion made to approve, however, no second to the motion. (RZ-2025-004) (1)

Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 75 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 1800 feet west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District. 10. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing1.00 acre (+/-) located on the west side of Lower Wetumpka Road, approximately 500 feet north of Williams Drive, from an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District. 12. Ordinance granting a license to Faulkner University to construct, install, and maintain an aluminum fence and brick fence columns on a portion of ROW of Atlanta Highway. (1)

14. Ordinance amending Appendix C. Article 2, Section 4 of the Code of Ordinances: Certificate of Occupancy required.
15. Resolution authorizing Mayor to execute an Abatement Agreement with Old Cloverdale Village Holdings LLC
16. Resolution authorizing Mayor Reed to make application and to act as City’s official representative in a HUD Grant for PY 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan; PY 2025 Action Plan; and application for $1,766,448 in CDBG Program Funds; $871,494.88 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program; $154,468.00 in Emergency Solutions Grant Program.
