Join Montgomery's First Lady Tamika Reed and Move Montgomery for the Move MGM Color Run/Walk on July 19th at Buddy Watson Park. The event starts at 8 AM. Participants can enjoy a fun and healthy exercise at their own pace while running or walking and being doused with vibrant colors!
Registration is FREE! Please consider donating to the Heart of Alabama Food Bank to help fight food insecurity.

ABOUT MOVE MONTGOMERY
First Lady Tamika Reed launched the Move Montgomery Task Force to help Montgomerians stay physically fit and prioritize their health and wellness.
Alabama has the sixth highest adult obesity rate in the nation, and the sixteenth highest obesity rate for youth ages 10 to 17. This is an issue that is especially prevalent in central Alabama. A variety of medical issues can be managed or mitigated with routine exercise and health awareness, and Move Montgomery is leading the way to change lives throughout the River Region.
