The City of Montgomery invites residents to attend a community meeting to discuss the City’s intent to apply for an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Cleanup Grant. This grant will fund cleanup activities on several city-owned parcels to support environmental safety and future redevelopment.
Meeting Purpose
The meeting will provide:
- An overview of the proposed cleanup sites.
- A review of the draft application and draft Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs).
- An opportunity for residents to ask questions and provide feedback.
Sites Proposed for Cleanup
- 605 Day Street (Parcel #11-06-13-2-020-001-000)
- 582 Grady Street (Parcel #11-06-13-2-012-010-000)
- 533 Mobile Street (Parcel #11-06-13-02-011-002.000)
- 11 parcels along Mobile Street, bordered by Mildred Street to the north and Vandiver Alley to the south (Parcel #s: 11-06-13-2-012-002.000 through 11-06-13-2-012-033.000)
