4. Diversified Alarm System - $108,120.00 – Replace Fire Alarm System at Riverwalk Stadium.
5. Miracle League Resurfacing - $155,600.00 – Resurfacing of the Miracle League Field at Thompson Park.

7. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 35.78 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Vaughn Road, approximately 800 ft. east of Deer Creek Way (aka 8800 & 8820 Vaughn Road), from PGH-40 (Patio Garden Home) and B-3-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning Districts to an INST (Institutional) Zoning District. Planning Commission Recommended Rezoning to an INST (Institutional) Zoning District. (RZ-2026-004) (8)

8. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one (1) lot on the northwest corner of Oak Street and Stephens Street (aka 1678 Oak Street) from a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District to an R-60-a (Residential Apartments) Zoning District. Planning Commission Recommended Rezoning to an R-60-A (Residential Apartments) Zoning District. (RZ-2026-003) (4)

9. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 20.0 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 900 ft. west of Felder Road, from AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) and M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District. Planning Commission made no recommendation, Due to No  Motion. (RZ-2026-002) (PJ)

10. Hearing on proposed Ordinance to rezone property containing 18.08 acres (+/-) located on the southeast corner of Atlanta Highway and County Downs Road from O-1 (Office) and R-75-s (Single-Family Residential) Zoning Districts to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District. Planning Commission recommended rezoning to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District, Subject to the Installation of a 25 ft. Landscape Buffer along all residential lots when developed, and the following uses to be prohibited: Bar/Tavern/Nightclub; Gas Station and/or Convenience Store; Automobile Repair, Body Work and/or Maintenance; Hotel or Motel; Adult Novelty Store; Car Wash Service, including both fully automated and Hand-Wash; Title Loan or Pawn Shop (Alternative Financial Institution); Tobacco and Vape Products Store. 11. Ordinance suspending Rules of Procedure, Ordinance 51-2023, Section 2 to change the date of the March 17, 2026, Council Meeting and Work Session to March 24, 2026.

12. Hearing on proposed Ordinance authorizing the Issuance, Execution, Sale and Delivery of a Not-To-Exceed $25,000,000 Principal amount G. O. Warrant, Series 2026A of the City of Montgomery and the payment thereof.

14. Resolution approving and authorizing the Execution of a funding agreement between COM and Jackson Hospital and Clinic, Inc.

15. Ordinance to levy stormwater fees on parcels of property located within the Corporate Limits of the City of Montgomery.

16. Resolution assenting to the vacation of platted storm drainage easements of Lot 1, The Crossings at EastChase, as recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, in Plat Book 56 at Page 73. 

17. Resolution to reobligate funds in the Small Business Support Program from the Montgomery Thrive Initiative.

18. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by Food for Less Montgomery 1 LLC, d/b/a Piggly Wiggly Food for Less, 4724 Mobile Highway.  (4)

19. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine Licenses (On or Off Premises) by RAM Montgomery Hospitality Three LLC, d/b/a Residence Inn by Marriott, 9020 EastChase Parkway. (9)

20. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq, Code of Alabama.

21. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
