2. A Fine and Dandy Affair - $175,000 – Cultural Affairs. 
3. Genasys Inc. - $27,746.00 first year – five-year contract total $128,730 – (Police) Software for law enforcement use.  
4. Troy University Amended Contract - $90,000 – Television Production Services. 
5. Vertosoft Quote for UKG Additional Users - $113,540 – Additional licenses for UKG. 
6. Catalis Public Works & Citizen Engagement, LLC - $51,197.39 - Continue to use software that drives 311 Department. 
7. Crime Stopper FY26 - $200,000 – Funding to CACS to strengthen community support for law enforcement investigations and enhance community safety through education, advocacy, and collaboration. 
8. Kimley-Horn & Associates - Montgomery MPO 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan - $275,000 – complete work tasks for developing MGM’s MPO 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan that is federally required to be updated once every 5 years.  
9. Municipal Workers Compensation Fund (MWCF) - $780,000 - Montgomery Large Deductible Addendum - $780,000 – to confirm deductible for purchasing workers’ compensation coverage through the MWCF. 
10. Daikin Applied Americas Inc. - $459,500 - Fire Station No. 9 HVAC Equipment Replacement. 
11. Jackson Civil Construction LLC - $328,316.80 – Riverfront Greenway Trail Extension Project #1 ADECA RTP#23-RT-54. 
12. J B Waste Connection - $185,000 – Demolition of 1015 Jefferson Street (Patterson School) 
13. Ingle Demolition & Salvage Inc. - $595,000 – Demolition of 1110 West South Blvd. 
14. Ingle Demolition & Salvage Inc. - $499,000 – Demolition of 4243 Inn South Ave.

3. Ordinance rezoning one (1) lot on the northwest corner of Oak Street and Stephens Street (aka 1678 Oak Street) from a B-2 (Commercial) Zoning District to an R-60-a (Residential Apartments) Zoning District. Planning Commission Recommended Rezoning to an R-60-A (Residential Apartments) Zoning District. (RZ-2026-003) (4) 

4. Ordinance rezoning property containing 20.0 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 900 ft. west of Felder Road, from AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) and M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning Districts to an M-1 (Light Industry) Zoning District.
