1. Alabama Department of Human Resources – not to exceed $84,960 – Youth Reimbursement Program.
2. Sidney May Engineering - $60,000 – Engineering Services for Demo of Davis Cleaners (473 S. Decatur St.)
3. ESPN Regional Television Inc. - $2,024,772 – Red Tails Classic.
4. APD Urban Planning & Management LLC – Total FY 2026 Project $100,000 – contract for APD is $25,000 – Phase 3 – Sharp Street Pilot Project.
5. ESPN Regional Television Inc. - $$2,374,000 – Salute to Veterans Bowl.
