4. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located approximately 1000 feet north of Atlanta Highway and approximately 700 feet west of Wares Ferry Road (a/k/a 175 Travel Trail) from an M-1-Q (Light Industry-Qualified) Zoning District to an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture; Applicant requested to rezone to R-125 (Single Family Residential) Zoning District. Planning Commission recommended AGR-1. No appeal received. (RZ-2026-010). (5)

Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property located at 1314 & 1316 South Hull Street from an O-1 (Office) Zoning District to an R-60-D (Residential-Duplex) Zoning District; Applicant requested R-60-M (Residential-Multi-Family) Zoning District; Planning Commission recommended R-60-D (Residential-Duplex); No appeal received. 6. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property located on the south side of Eastdale Drive, approximately 300 feet east of Eastdale Circle from B-5 (Commercial) Zoning District to a B-2 (Individual Stores) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2026-013). (1)
7. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 3.7 acres (+/-) located on the southeast side of Atlanta Highway (a/k/a 7100 Atlanta Highway) approximately 300 feet east of Seaboard Drive from an R-75-M (Residential-Multi-Family) Zoning District to a B-2 (Individual Stores) Zoning District. Recommended by the Planning Commission. (RZ-2026-014) (1)
