2. Resolution Expressing Official Intent to Incur Not-to-Exceed $375,000,000 Tax-Exempt General Obligation Warrants, Series 2026B.

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance authorizing the Issuance of GO Warrants, Series 2026B not to $375,000,000.

4. Ordinance authorizing the Issuance of GO Warrants, Series 2026B not to exceed $375,000,000.

5. Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances for the COM, Chapter 6, Article V– Montgomery Tourism Improvement District, Section 6-202 – Definitions (Baseline Services)

6. Resolution agreeing to provide all funding necessary to the Employees’ Retirement System to cover the cost of the one-time lump sum payment to retired members and beneficiaries of deceased retirees who retired prior to October 1, 2025, and entitled to receive a monthly retirement benefit from ERS on September 30, 2026. as provided by Act 608, Section 2. (estimate: $560,638.00)

7. Resolution approving and authorizing Mayor to execute an agreement with ALDOT for Montgomery Maxwell Gateway Project (Corridor Study) from I-65 interchange to Maxwell AFB: Project DEMO-A235( ); CPMS Ref# 100081906.

8. Resolution approving and authorizing Mayor’s Execution of Agreement – Amendment #2 with Alta Planning + Design, Inc. for Design of Montgomery Portion of Selma to Montgomery Trail ($343,092.97).

9. Resolution adopting “First Amendment to Local Government Project Agreement” and authorizing execution by Mayor of Agreement and Related Mortgage to be held by the COM Industrial Development Board.

10. Resolution and Letter of Intent approving and authorizing Mayor to make grant application for a FY26 Pre-Disaster Mitigation Congressionally Directed Spending Grant Program of $4,000,000 for roadway and bridge improvements to Washington Ferry Road and authorizing City’s matching share of $1,219,481.88.

11. Resolution denying and/or revoking right to operate a business for failure to purchase Business License for Marnita Palmer, d/b/a Hidden Gems Event Center, 3758 Norman Bridge Road.

12. Application for a Special Events Retail – More than 30 Days Liquor License by Historic Baseball Hospitality LLC., d/b/a Biscuits Hospitality, 200 Coosa Street. (3)

13. Application for Retail Beer & Retail Table Wine (Off Premises Only) Licenses by SVP 2026 Inc., d/b/a Kwik Serve 1, 1000 Troy Highway. (6)

14. Resolution appointing Austin Baranco to the Museum Board by Councillor Beard replacing Penny Weaver.

15. Resolution reappointing Renee Casillas to the Parks & Recreation Board by Councillor Beard.

16. Appeal of assessment of abatement of nuisances at 3267 Mobile Drive by Franklin Scott.

17. Resolution assessing the cost of abatement of unsafe structures at various locations, pursuant to Section 11-53B-1 et Seq., Code of Alabama.

18. Resolution designating Nuisance Abatement Agents.

19. Resolution declaring public nuisances, authorizing immediate abatement and assessing cost of abatement of public nuisances on various lots pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances.
