The City of Montgomery Parks & Recreation Department will host an Inclusive Play Day in celebration of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month this March. The event spotlights the community’s shared commitment to inclusion, awareness, and connection, inviting residents of all ages and abilities to participate.
The purpose of Inclusive Play Day is to promote inclusive practices and strengthen community connections that help reduce barriers and expand opportunities for participation. In recognition of the month, attendees are encouraged to incorporate orange, the color of Developmental Disabilities Awareness, into their attire.
