The day kicks off with a lively 7:30 AM warm‑up session designed to get everyone moving and excited before the run begins. This free 5K brings together families, friends, and neighbors of all ages and fitness levels for a joyful celebration of wellness and movement.

As you make your way through the course, you’ll enjoy eight vibrant color‑throw stations, upbeat music, and plenty of opportunities for fun, messy photos. But the excitement doesn’t stop there—our Vendor Village will be packed with health and wellness vendors from across the River Region, offering resources, demonstrations, and giveaways to support your journey toward healthier living.

Throughout the event, enjoy an assortment of freebies including free donuts, free cotton candy, and tons of surprise swag for participants of all ages. Several educational mobile buses will be on site, offering interactive learning experiences, and you’ll also find a great selection of food trucks serving coffee, smoothies, and more.
