1. Ordinance authorizing Lease of Union Station, Train Shed and Adjoining Grounds to the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Inc.

2. Resolution authorizing Incorporation of Montgomery Exposition Cooperative District, Election of Directors and authorization for certain actions.

3. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning 4.61 Acres on the east side of Twin Lakes Parkway, approximately 400 feet south of Birmingham Highway, from R-99-p (Mobile Home Park) and B-2 (Commercial) Zoning Districts to an R-99-s (Mobile Home Subdivision) Zoning District.  Recommended by the Planning Commission.  (RZ-2019-013)
