3. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate at 510 Lincoln Street to Buea Investments, LLC.

4. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate at 437 South Jackson Street to India Wilson.

5. Ordinance authorizing Purchase and Sale Agreement and Sale of Real Estate at 443 South Jackson Street to India Wilson.

6. Resolution authorizing payment of retirement benefits to Noah Johnson.

7. Resolution authorizing Mayor Strange to make application to DOJ for JAG Grant for $90,708; MPD to receive $54,424.80 to purchase copy machine, cameras, an interactive smart board panel and computer software; remainder to go to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
