I. Approval of Actions from the November 12, 2019 Meeting

II. Committee Reports:

a. Revamping the Historic Sign Program
Working Committee: Carole King, Dallas Hanbury
• Revised artwork
• Guidelines & Procedures
• Questions to answer:
o Will we accept submissions from undesignated properties?
o Approve art work?

b. Preservation Leadership Class/Workshops
Working committee: Dallas Hanbury, Brian Mann, Carole King
• Leadership class

c. 2020 Awards.
Working committee for 2019: Cindy Keeping, Doug McCants, James Long; Carole King volunteered for 2020
• Please review application and submit any suggestions for modifications.

III. Other business

a. Love Letters to Montgomery –

• 250 word essay about a personally meaningful historic (at least 50 years old) place (extant or lost) in Montgomery. Essays should be personal in nature and not a history lesson. Particularly if the subject is a lost property, historic photos would be welcomed as part of the submission.

b. Update on First Presbyterian (if one provided by Landmarks Foundation or Montgomery County Historical Society)
