Ordinance rezoning 10.65 acres (+/-) located at the southernmost end of Larkin Lane from an R-60-m (Multi-Family Residential) Zoning District to an R-50 (Single-Family Residential) Zoning District.&nbsp; Planning Commission took no action.&nbsp; Motion made to approve, however, no second to the motion.&nbsp; (RZ-2025-004)&nbsp; &nbsp;(1)<br><br>7.
