The City of Montgomery is seeking qualified vendors to support abatement services that help keep our community safe, clean, and thriving. The Inspections Department is currently expanding its roster of certified professionals to assist with essential nuisance abatement operations across the city.

We Are Recruiting:
• Towing Agents
• Nuisance Abatement Contractors
• Demolition (Demo) Contractors

Scope of Services May Include:
• Removal of junk or abandoned vehicles
• Lot clearing and nuisance abatement
• Structural demolition of unsafe or dilapidated buildings
• General property clean-up and maintenance services

These efforts are part of the City’s ongoing initiative to address blight, enhance neighborhood appearance, and improve public safety.
