Frank Robinson has been a leader in economic and sustainable development for over twenty years, working with corporate and nonprofit clients, banks and credit unions, community development financial institutions (CDFIs), small businesses, and government entities. Frank has extensive experience in articulating primary objectives for strategic plans for county and municipal governments, pursuing federal grant opportunities, construction management, and sustainability planning. Frank has written, secured, and managed over $100 million in federal, state, and local grants and programs. He has spearheaded new programs, orchestrated logistics for philanthropic events, engaged corporate volunteers, and conducted economic impact and disparity studies, among other initiatives.

Frank is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Political Science. Additionally, he holds an MBA with a focus on Economic Development from Eastern University and a Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary. He also holds several certifications, including Low-Income Housing tax credit management & development, fundraising and development, and faith-based initiatives.
