Tiffany Cook joined The City of Montgomery in 2018 as a 311 Customer Service Representative. Tiffany has over ten years of knowledge in customer service, administration, and managerial experience. Tiffany enjoys working under Neighborhood Services Division and is looking forward to an extensive career serving the people of Alabama. Tiffany has a lot of enthusiasm, a desire for positive effectiveness, and is willing to make a difference.
