Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates:

Gov. Kay Ivey announced a stay-at-home order on April 3, 2020 in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

Councillor Larkin grew up in Montgomery and is the youngest of five children. He attended William Burns Paterson Elementary School and Graduated from Booker T. Washington High School.


He earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Alabama State University after serving in the U.S. Army. Also he studied at the University of Pittsburgh.
