Pay Parking, Traffic, and Red Light Camera Tickets or Criminal Case Fees

You can pay a Montgomery parking ticket, traffic ticket or criminal case fees online, by phone, or by mail. To avoid late fees, submit your payment early enough to meet all deadlines.

Important Information

• Submit payments on time. If your citation becomes delinquent, you are responsible for any applicable late fees, subpoena fees, warrant fees, and collection fees.

• If your citation does not appear online, there may be an issue accessing your record. Call Montgomery Municipal Court at 334-625-2776 for help.

• Right to contest your citation. You have the legal right to contest this citation and request a trial in court. If you choose to pay the citation, you understand you are pleading guilty to the offense and waiving your right to a trial. A guilty plea has the same force and effect as a court conviction, and a record of the conviction will be sent to the Alabama Department of Public Safety Driver License Division (or the state that issued your driver’s license).
