New Employee Orientation

The New Employee Orientation takes place on a bi-weekly basis. All new hires must attend an Orientation within 30 days of hire.

Education Incentive Program for City Employees

This program will provide an opportunity for current and future employees to enhance their career fields and make them more valuable to the City of Montgomery and will be available to City employees on a first come first served basis starting October 1, 2019.
