The Land Use Division is responsible for the daily operations of the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and Historic Ordinance. We are also the staff for the Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, Historic Preservation Commission, and Architectural Review Board. Our Division is responsible for rezoning requests, development plan review, platting process, variances/special exceptions, historic property alterations, historic property designations, zoning verification requests, and zoning violation complaints.
