The Benefits Office is a part of the Human Resources Department that provides and maintains a competitive benefits package for eligible employees, retirees, and their dependents as well as provide wellness incentives with the utilization of the City's Wellness Centers.

The City's benefits package is composed of Core benefits (Medical, Dental, Prescription, Mental Health, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Voluntary Life Insurance, & Deferred Compensation) and Voluntary benefits through Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company.

The annual Open Enrollment period for Active Employees is July 20 - August 31 for changes taking effect October 1, 2026. Visit the How To Enroll page for more information.
