Montgomery stands at a historic inflection point. As the Capital City and regional economic anchor of Central Alabama, our administration has transitioned from long-term planning into high-velocity execution. We are committed to building a community where every resident has the freedom to live, learn, and earn.

To turn this vision into lasting results, our strategic agenda directly drives the comprehensive policy frameworks, regional investments, and master plans housed within this repository:

Safety (One Safe Montgomery): Grounded in data-driven policing, community violence intervention, and trauma-informed support to protect every neighborhood. Our public safety frameworks shift municipal operations from reactive response to proactive, community-centered prevention.
Development (Economic Growth and Empowerment): Driving inclusive prosperity across every zip code. Fueled by a collections increase of 9% in sales tax and major regional investments from Amazon, Manna Capital Partners, Diageo, and Meta, our economic policies expand minority enterprise, accelerate small business growth, and revitalize commercial corridors.
Community (Resilient and Thriving Neighborhoods): Reinvesting directly into the heart of our community. Through the 2025 SmartCode, expanded affordable housing initiatives, aggressive blight removal, and unified support services, our community frameworks build long-term stability for families and youth.
Infrastructure (Efficient and Effective Governance): Modernizing the physical and digital backbone of the Capital City. Through transparent leadership and aggressive grant velocity, our infrastructure frameworks advance multimodal connectivity, tri-modal freight logistics, and military installation readiness to keep Montgomery globally competitive.
