Aaron Peoples is a Mobile, Alabama native and graduate of Alabama State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development at Auburn University, with a focus on urban development, housing accessibility, and community-centered investment. His long-term goal is to support city development and municipal operations while helping expand affordable housing opportunities for underserved families and senior citizens across Alabama.

Professionally, Aaron serves as the Senior Program Director of Youth Development and Youth Sports for the YMCA of Greater Montgomery, where he oversees youth programming, sports leagues, and community initiatives across four YMCA branches. In this role, he leads large-scale youth development programs, manages staff and volunteers, and works to create safe, engaging spaces that promote leadership, health, and opportunity for young people throughout the Montgomery community.

Aaron is deeply committed to civic engagement and community advancement. Through his work in youth development, real estate, and public service, he is passionate about strengthening neighborhoods, creating pathways for young leaders, and supporting sustainable development that benefits future generations of Alabamians.
