Kneosha McGlon, a Dothan native, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Troy University. She currently serves as a Medical Social Worker, working closely with individuals and families to support their health, well-being, and access to critical resources.

Kneosha is an active community leader and serves as the Chairman of Policy for the Mayor’s Young Professional Council, where she contributes to initiatives that strengthen civic engagement and community development in Montgomery. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and an alumna of the Leadership Montgomery Torchbearers Class of 2023.

In addition to her professional and civic involvement, Kneosha serves as a board member of Maggie Street Baptist Church Community Development Corporation and Girls on Fire, Inc., organizations dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and uplifting the community.

With a strong commitment to service and social impact, Kneosha remains dedicated to advancing equity, supporting vulnerable populations, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.
