Kyra Washington is a 2020 graduate of Brewbaker Technology Magnet High School and a 2024 graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Health Sciences. She is currently a registered nurse for the State of Alabama and works as a Billing and Administrative Coordinator for Team Services, LLC, an AC/HVAC company.

While attending college, Kyra worked as an ITS assistant in AUM’s IT Department and served as president of Tri-Alpha, a national honor society for first-generation college students. In that role, she participated in events that provided resources and support to incoming first-generation students.

Kyra’s hobbies include playing video games, cooking, gardening, reading, writing, singing, dancing, and spending time with friends. With her background in nursing, leadership, and advocacy, she is thrilled to be part of a prestigious organization that represents and inspires the youth of Montgomery.
