Lanisha Hall is a public health professional with over a decade of experience leading community-focused programs and research initiatives. She currently serves as a Program Manager II at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she works across multiple health projects across Alabama. In her role, Lanisha works with healthcare providers and community organizations to improve health outcomes, increase community participation, and expand access to health resources across underserved areas.
Lanisha earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clark Atlanta University. Her work focuses on recruitment, stakeholder engagement, culturally responsive programming, and strengthening partnerships that support healthier communities. During her career, Lanisha has co-authored several research publications and abstracts focused on rural health and participant engagement, with work featured in the American Journal of Hypertension and through the American Heart Association. She is also an active member of Leadership Montgomery, where she has served through the Torchbearers program and continues to support leadership development in the community.
Outside of work, Lanisha enjoys traveling, supporting community initiatives, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping others access opportunities and resources that improve quality of life and is excited to contribute her skills and leadership to initiatives that strengthen the Montgomery community.
