Trenae Montgomery is a doctoral candidate at Johnson & Wales University pursuing a Ph.D. in Business, with an expected graduation in May 2027. She currently serves as Director of Membership Experience for the YMCA of Greater Montgomery, where she focuses on strengthening community engagement and member relationships.

In addition to her work in nonprofit leadership, Trenae serves as a Sound Engineer and Audio-Visual Producer for the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. and contributes to local civic development through her role on the Tourism Advisory Council for Experience Montgomery, along with participation on additional community committees.

Outside of her professional and civic work, Trenae is passionate about veganism, wellness, creativity, and lifelong learning. She is a certified nutritionist and personal trainer who enjoys helping others pursue healthier lifestyles. In her free time, she is an avid dancer and reader who also loves trying new things and experiences.
