Community Building Course: 5-month program with grant max $3,500
Participants develop strategies identifying and engaging stakeholders through trust and rapport.
This course teaches community leaders how to define grassroots organizations and their role in empowering communities to effectively analyze successful grassroots initiatives, to understand strategies for community development, and develop practical skills to empower community members through grassroots action.
Sustainable Neighborhood Course: 8-month developmental program grant max. $5,000.00
Provides a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning principles applied to sustainability.
Participants will learn how to develop effective strategic plans that integrate environmental, social, and economic considerations to achieve sustainable outcomes.
Nonprofit Academy Course: 4 months course with grant amount max. $1,500.00
Prepares individuals to effectively run and manage nonprofit organizations.
Participants will learn about the unique challenges and opportunities in the nonprofit sector and gain practical insights into organizational development, fundraising, governance, and program management.
